Real Madrid or Man United: Mauricio Pochettino set to pose end of season problems
Mauricio Pochettino & Tottenham
Alarm bells keep ringing around Tottenham concerning the ongoing future of Mauricio Pochettino.
Pochettino has made a couple of remarks this week which have revealed he’s frustrated at Spurs.
Prior to the Man City game – which Tottenham lost 1-0 – Pochettino told reporters he’s experiencing his “worst feeling in football” right now.
The Spurs manager has also commented on his relationship with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy:
When you disagree with your wife you fight until one gets the final decision.

Real Madrid
The Sun, for a second day running, suggest that Pochettino could walk out on Tottenham to join Real Madrid.
The tabloid tell readers that Real Madrid would double Pochettino’s money to steal him away from Tottenham.
Is money the driving force in Pochettino’s career? The Sun state:
Real Madrid will double Mauricio Pochettino’s money to £17 million to join them.
Bernabeu chiefs plan to offer the Tottenham boss a five-year deal worth an eye-watering £85m.

Manchester United
On Tuesday rumours also starting spreading about a possible return to Real Madrid for Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho is under contract at Old Trafford until 2020.
Yet Gazzetta dello Sport announced that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is keen on bringing the Special One back to the club.
Pochettino set to pose end of season problems
On Wednesday in the Times, the broadsheet attempts to predict what Pochettino’s next moves will be.
The Times head off the scare stories in the Sun noting that Pochettino will not walk out on Tottenham this season.
Why? Because the Argentine recently signed a new five year deal with Spurs.
Yet the Times fail to offer Tottenham fans any guarantees about Pochettino’s longer term future in North London. They report:
While there is no prospect of Pochettino walking out in the middle of the season having signed a new five-year contract last summer, he would not be human if his frustrations did not make the Real job seem even more attractive.
This may present a problem for Tottenham at the end of the season, when there could be managerial vacancies at the Bernabéu and Old Trafford.
Would Man United fans be happy with Pochettino replacing Mourinho in the summer?
Surely the answer would be ‘yes’, right?!
