According to the Scottish Daily Mail on Wednesday, Arsenal seem to be on the verge of signing Celtic’s Kieran Tierney.
Arsenal’s pursuit of Tierney has been going on for weeks.
Indeed, Celtic manager Neil Lennon has publicly discussed Arsenal’s bids for the defender. Lennon has previously confirmed that Arsenal have failed to meet Celtic’s valuation.
However, the Scottish Daily Mail today tell readers that Arsenal are to meet Celtic’s “magic number”.
That figure is 25 million pounds.

Kieran Tierney’s Arsenal transfer timetable revealed
On Tuesday, Celtic progressed through the third round of the Champions League qualifiers.
Celtic have lined up a tie against Romanian club CFR Cluj. The first leg is next Tuesday.
The Scottish Daily Mail believe that Arsenal may wrap up their deal for Tierney before Celtic’s next Champions League tie.

The Gunners are reportedly looking to sign a centre-back as well as Celtic’s Tierney.
At the same time, Laurent Koscielny appears close to exiting the club, while Shkodran Mustafi is also up for sale.
