Manchester United looking at Barcelona and Real Madrid target
Manchester United have all but sacrificed the Premier League title to Manchester City this season.
The Red Devils haven’t won the title since 2013 and Jose Mourinho is looking to bring the Premiership back to Old Trafford.
Antonio Valencia has been one of United’s best players this season. The Ecuadorian has been solid at the back and has chipped in with some vital goals and tackles throughout the campaign.
In fact, Valencia is the longest serving player at the club having been at United since 2009.
However, Valencia is 32 and won’t be at the club forever.
Mourinho is planning on replacing Valencia with Real Sociedad’s Alvaro Odriozola.
According to The Daily Mail, Manchester United sent a scout to watch Odriozola in action against Red Bull Salzburg.
Barcelona and Real Madrid have both been looking at the 22 year old who was capped for Spain for the first time in October 2017 against Albania.
The young full back is a quick player who provides a great cross. He has 4 assists to his name this season.
Matteo Darmian has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford with Juventus said to be keen on his signature.

Other United targets
Lazio reportedly received a €200 million bid for their young midfielder, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. Savic is one of football’s most in demand players and has attracted the attention of some of Europe’s biggest clubs including United, City and Real Madrid.
David De Gea has been United’s most important player for a few seasons and it is essential that the club tie him down to a new contract in the coming months.
According to the Evening Standard, United are also keen on signing Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski. The Polish forward is one of the best strikers in the world and he would certainly help United challenge for next year’s title.
