'Junior level', 'Worse than Senderos' - Rangers fans single out 6ft 1in player after derby loss

Rangers face another demoralising week after a heavy defeat to Celtic, this time losing to the Hoops 5-0 at Celtic Park in a match that saw Brendan Rodgers’ side crowned Scottish Premiership champions.

It was the Light Blues’ worst every derby defeat in league action across 128 years of clashes between the two sides.

The afternoon was so bad that the club refused to send out manager Graeme Murty or any players to face questions from broadcast or print media after the match.

Fans were again left fuming with the performances of Murty’s men, singling out players like Russell Martin for a particularly poor defensive display.

The experienced Scotland international failed to adequately cope with the threat of Odsonne Edouard and others in the Hoops attack.

Supporters are now hoping he doesn’t make his loan move from Norwich City permanent this summer, with some even stating he is worse than previous defensive flops like Philippe Senderos and Bilel Mohsni.

They took to Twitter to share their thoughts…
