'Most buzzing I've seen Celtic Park' - Celtic fans enjoy outrageously confident star's display
Chelsea loanee Charly Musonda has only played 28 minutes in a Celtic shirt but he’s already filling Hoops supporters with joy after an entertaining cameo in the Scottish Premiership on Tuesday night.
The new signing made his debut at Celtic Park midway through the second half when he came off the bench to replace Scotland international James Forrest and didn’t disappoint.
The 21-year-old provided a glimpse of his potential with classy passing, ball control and tricks, at one point bamboozling the Hearts defence with a gorgeous back-heel that led to a chance in the box.
With their side already comfortably on the way to victory, it was a moment that had thousands of home supporters buzzing and many are now expecting him to have an even greater impact in the coming weeks and months.
Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on that bit of skill and his general brief appearance…

Here, what a game that was tonight. Dembele, Édouard, Ntcham, and Kouassi linking up together was gi'ing me butterflies. Then Musonda comes on and tops it all off with a fancy backheel on the overlap with nearly his first touch. Fling it in me. pic.twitter.com/SlzMT9JqDs

I thought Musonda played really well – handled the pressure of a home debut well HH

There was a collective and tangible buzz after Musonda’s bit of skill down the wing. You know that noise that can only be described as a ‘buzz’. That’s rare, extremely rare.

Been a long time since I’ve seen us that good at Celtic Park. Should have been more. Ntcham is the man. Dembele n Edouard picked their games up big time. Eboue was solid. Some of the touches n flicks from Musonda, canny wait to see more of that. Superb Celtic 💚🍀

Just home soaked and freezing. Really good result and performance. Could have scored 6 or 7. Brown and Kousssi excellent. Dembele looked sharper. Musonda’s back heel pass 😍 #herewego10inarow
