Man City transfer news: Sign Kylian Mbappe, sell Raheem Sterling
Man City & PSG’s Kylian Mbappe
The Mail on Sunday have a big transfer story linking Man City with a move for PSG’s World Cup winner Kylian Mbappe.
The Mbappe story comes the morning after Pep Guardiola confirmed Sergio Aguero is carrying a knock.
Aguero was on target for City in a 2-0 win over Brighton on Saturday. But moments after scoring Aguero was subbed out the game.
After the match Guardiola confirmed Aguero has been nursing a knock since Newcastle.
Guardiola says Aguero is not 100% and hasn't recovered fully from his knock against Newcastle, which is why he was taken off. Doesn't think he will miss Tuesday's game

Returning to Mbappe, the Mail tell their readers the following:
Manchester City are targeting an audacious January move for PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe.
Pep Guardiola believes the French teenager could take the club to Champions League glory and wants to make a world record £200m bid.

For the record, if Mbappe were to join Man City in the next transfer window, he would be able to play for the Sky Blues in the Champions League. UEFA have changed those rules this season.
But how likely is it that PSG sell? The Mail suggest that PSG could consider an offer due to Financial Fair Play concerns.
However Mbappe is under contract at PSG until 2022, so it’s doubtful any deal is a realistic possibility.

Raheem Sterling to leave City?
The Mail on Sunday also report that Man City may sell Raheem Sterling to fund any Mbappe deal:
Raheem Sterling could be sacrificed to help City fund a move for Mbappe, with his contract up next year and no agreement yet reached on a new deal.
The Mail fail to mention any possible suitors for Sterling.
Sterling is currently in excellent scoring form.
He has four goals in six appearances in the league this season.
