Arsenal’s injury doubts over two key players before Tottenham
Tottenham vs Arsenal
Following the midweek Premier League action, attention now shifts to gameweek 29 this weekend.
The opening match is at Wembley Stadium, as Arsenal take on north London rivals Tottenham.
Can the Gunners do the double over Spurs?
Arsenal memorably beat Tottenham 4-2 earlier in the season.
A win for Arsenal this weekend will shrink the gap between the clubs to just one point.
Laurent Koscielny & Sead Kolasinac
Arsenal’s defensive options have been shrunk considerably in recent months.
Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding are both long term injury absentees for Unai Emery.
Arsenal beat Bournemouth 5-1 on Wednesday night, however two more players picked up knocks against the Cherries.
Unfortunately for Emery, those players were Laurent Koscielny and Sead Kolasinac.
Koscielny, who scored against Bournemouth, played 90 minutes in midweek. However after the game his manager confirmed the French centre-half suffered a knock.

Of greater concern is the health of Kolasinac.
Kolasinac was subbed out the match just before the hour mark on Wednesday.
Emery confirmed the left-back was withdrawn because the Bosnian is nursing a muscular problem.
Will Kolasinac be available against Tottenham? That seems to be the case, although Arsenal fans will be paying close attention to Emery’s updates closer to Saturday’s kick-off.

🗣️ Emery: "Kolasinac he has [been] having a problem, in his [leg] muscle. Sometimes he is telling us to rest some minutes. The first half he finished well but in the dressing room he said he can continue but he was feeling some pain. I prefer to change him for rest."#FFScout
