West Ham's worst ever January signing [video]

The January transfer window has seen its fair share of transfer blunders since its introduction in 2003 but not many clubs can boast having made quite as many as West Ham.

Pl>ymaker FC‘s James Jones has had the unenviable task of picking the single worst signing from the Hammers’ extensive back catalogue of transfer mistakes but has somehow settled on one.

In the video above, Jones recalls the excitement surrounding the player prior to his arrival, the downright “toilet” nature of his performances in a claret and blue shirt and the truly bizarre incident that followed his departure.
