"Nothing new then" - Many Leeds fans respond to Marcelo Bielsa's "predictable" comments
Leeds narrowly edged out Luton on Saturday though it could have been a much more comfortable victory but for some great saves from the opposition keeper and some poor moments of quality from the Whites in the final third.
Marcelo Bielsa has bemoaned a lack of attacking efficiency, stating that his side had made 24 crosses prior to the Hatters’ equaliser – a header from James Collins which was their first cross of the match.
That would hint at a lack of quality or movement in the final third from Leeds, and it is an area of weakness the Argentine is keen to address, so that goals don’t take so much effort to come by.
Supporters have also recognised the concern as an ongoing issue since Bielsa took over, and some think it could be fixed with new additions to the squad, with one fan mentioning Dwight Gayle as a possible solution.
Either way, it will be interesting to see how Leeds adapt over the coming games to try and become more ruthless.
Here is some of the reaction to Bielsa’s comments.
We all do Marcelo, we all do.

Well bring in Dwight Gayle then!

He has been going on about this since he started here. If he knew how to fix it then he would have surely?

This isn’t a new thing. Why is it sounding like this has just been identified? Too predictable. Not enough attacks from other players.. Seems to always to have to go to wings.
