"Disgrace", "Pathetic", "Shameful" - 28 y/o is being ripped apart by so many Aston Villa fans
Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to slam Pontus Jansson, after the Leeds defender attempted to stop Albert Adomah from scoring despite the rest of his teammates accepting Marcelo Bielsa’s orders to let him score.
Leeds went ahead after Mateusz Klich opened the scoring, despite a number of Villa players stopping having expected their opponents to kick the ball out with Jonathan Kodjia down injured on the turf.

Klich’s unsporting decision sparked fury from Dean Smith’s men, who had Anwar El Ghazi sent off amid the protestations, although unfairly as Patrick Bamford appeared to feign an injury.
Their unhappiness led to Bielsa ordering his players to give Villa an equaliser, a message that everyone seemed to accept apart from Jansson – the Swede tried to dispossess Adomah against his manager’s wishes.
As a result of that, a number of Villa fans on Twitter have been quick to criticise the 28-year-old Leeds centre-back for his lack of class…
And now Jansson tries to stop the sporting equaliser. Embarrassing #lufc #avfc pic.twitter.com/tLDHqOypn1

Fair play to @LUFC and bielsa, who took the step (eventually) to right a wrong.
As for Jansson ?, no honour, no pride, no future. Karma ?♀️— Claire ellis-m (@Claireellism2) April 28, 2019
Also, needs to be said: Pontus Jansson is an absolute disgrace to football. Shameful.#AVFC

Fair play to Bielsa but Leeds fans should be ashamed of Jansson, Klich and most of all Bamford. Jansson couldn't even make the challenge anyway 😂😂 #avfc #utv pic.twitter.com/MD7Hfj0SEz

What a game! Jansson was a disgrace! Villa unbeaten run continues, fantastic performance. El Gaz sending off disgrace. #AVFC

Bielsa showed sportsmanship today with that decision (would have been interesting though if Leeds we’re still in race for top 2 if he would have done that) but Pontus Jansson showing again in that goal build up what a disgrace he is! Cheat #avfc

Fair play to Biesla for having a sense of sportsmanship. Pity Jansson and the other players put their club and the game to shame. #AVFC #LUFC

Well. Fair play to Bielsa. But look at Jansson. Pathetic. #avfc
