"I'd give anything to have him playing for us" - These Liverpool fans discuss transfer interest
Liverpool fans on Twitter have been busy discussing a move for Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi, amid reports that the Reds have been in contact with the teenager’s agent over a potential switch.
The 18-year-old’s stock in the football world is rapidly on the rise after he made his England debut against the Czech Republic during the recent international break, which has come just a few months after he was the subject of a number of bids from European powerhouse Bayern Munich.
Mo Salah has been brutally mocked for his recent diving antics in a new video by 442oons. Check it out below…
Hudson-Odoi isn’t being granted regular playing time by Maurizio Sarri at Stamford Bridge, fuelling rumours that the Blues academy graduate could be set for a move in search of exactly that – that fact that he handed in a transfer request in January is telling.
His situation has alerted Liverpool, who, if they could lure Hudson-Odoi to Anfield, would certainly be pulling off a major transfer from a Premier League rival in Chelsea – the FA Cup holders are said to want in excess of £43m for the forward.
Let’s see what the Reds supporters on Twitter have been saying about the reports, with the reported asking price being the main topic of conversation…

We can’t see this one happening – Chelsea wouldn’t sell to us in any circumstances while the reported £43m asking price doesn’t seem like a fee we’d cough up for – agree? pic.twitter.com/SSyywt4QqE

Don’t think the fee is a problem. It would be whether Chelsea would be willing to sell to a PL rival.

43m is a snip for a player of his potential. Chelsea would have no choice but to sell to us if he wanted the move as well because he’s got very little time remaining on his contract.

I don’t know we spent nearly 40 million on Carroll, during a time when that was a lot of money. 43 million isn’t very much today. However, the biggest question is if he is what we need? Or will he be backup.

It’s a bargain if we get him with that price i like his playmaking ability and speed .
I hope we get him this summer— osamalhoni (@3bucksM) March 29, 2019
i think we’d pay that. paid 40m for ox and CHO younger and fees are going through the roof
